This Unusual Pictorial... was taken directly off... of a
"middle section" of
The Black Obelisk.... of "Sumerian" Shalmaneser III
*Notice the 3 "Man-Beast-Slaves", two being held by Leashes,
the Third... Riding on the back... of the 2nd Sumerian!
The Scholars... described these as Apes! Notice
the Human Faces!
The arms are very short, with web-like fingers (on the original), the hind legs,
are of another type animal, and they are sporting tails!

They are close... to this depiction, only they have more fur
on their animal hind quarters and arms, and
their
arms... were shorter and fingers...
more web-like!
