White Sea Horses
I'm a woman, made uncommon,
by perspectives and expectations...
too ready to chase far away oceans.
Lovers say, I never compromise,
or give in.
But I whisper to myself,
Who would win?
I'm a gypsy nomad
with miles of ocean to go.
If I stayed here with you,
I'll never have the chance to know.
How is it I came to be here,
on this wide and open beach?
Thinking of white sea horses running,
wild and free...
and so out of reach.

Original Sea
Witch
You taught me poisoned herbs,
the magic of your ways.
Like golden sea claws,
That scuttle silently....
across the ocean floors,
Independent, lonely She Demon,
I was yours... forever more.

Pearl
Rainbowed Oysters,
like the mother of pearls.
I was named after you.
Something special and shining,
something worth remembering.
Dead men's sperm,
round and soft, is saved like magic,
to procreate the world.

Sea Lover
They ride at night,
on the lonely sea dunes.
The sea nymphs on their sleek,
white sea horses, obedient to only the moon.
They take to the sea in a scurry of flight,
To meet their secret lovers, deep in the night.

 |
Restless Heart
My heart, you are as restless
as a paper scrap,
caught inside of a wind fire,
All for a kiss... and a lost empire.

 |
Dark
Memory Forest
I run silently, secretly, endlessly...
along that secret path,
through that dark wood.
To another time, long past,
to another man, and another wood,
empty minds,
each in a sudden, separate dark.

With You
I am like a strand in the wind,
your softness carries me, far away.
I dream of floating, complicated things,
our bodies wildly tangled and entwined,
on some other day...
Here, all time is momentary,
like valley breaths, of spun moon mist.
I take to the sky of soft, crystal hue,
an erotic wind embrace,
and you, lovingly sun kissed.

Waiting on
You
Night time comes,
with the crying of the sea birds,
as they ride along the wind,
Gliding, searching, longing to transcend.
Waiting in haunting whispers,
wanting in the silent rain,
shivering in the moon light,
as the night turns loneliness, into pain.
